Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Camunda BPM Architect with 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on workflow automation. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex business processes using Camunda or similar platforms like Azure Logic Apps. This role demands a strong understanding of BPMN standards, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of translating business requirements into robust, automated technical solutions across various cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, architect, and implement complex workflow automation solutions primarily using Camunda BPM, or other enterprise-grade tools like Azure Logic Apps.

Apply a strong understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards to accurately model and visualize business processes.

Work closely with customers to thoroughly understand their business requirements and translate them into detailed technical solutions for process automation.

Lead the integration of automated workflows with various systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party applications.

Utilize proficiency in scripting languages and/or development environments relevant to automation tools for custom logic and integrations.

Conduct hands-on testing, debugging, and deployment of automated workflows, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to performance benchmarks.

Stay continuously updated with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices within the process automation domain.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams involved in workflow automation projects.

Optimize existing business processes through automation, identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost reduction.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and operations teams.

Document process designs, technical specifications, and deployment procedures for automated workflows.

Required Skills

10-15 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation or related fields.

Proven experience in workflow automation using tools like Camunda, Azure Logic Apps, or similar robust BPM platforms.

Strong understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.

Ability to work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience in integrating workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and/or development environments related to automation tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Hands-on experience in testing, debugging, and deployment of automated workflows to ensure high-quality delivery.

Must be updated with emerging tools and technologies in the process automation domain.

Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Experience in industries with a strong focus on optimizing and automating business processes.
