Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT project delivery and deep knowledge of AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project success across timelines and budgets. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

- Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk mitigation.

- Translate client requirements into detailed delivery roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

- Maintain strong governance and stakeholder engagement through regular reporting and updates.

- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI practices.

- Contribute to pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, client presentations, and solutioning.

Required Skills :

- Solid understanding of LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar.

- Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications :

- Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) and/or cloud technologies are a plus.
