Job Title : Associate Project Manager Networking Domain

Reports To : Delivery Manager / Director of engineering

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager with a strong background in networking technologies and software development. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex technical projects, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of technical depth, project management expertise, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project execution for networking and software development initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, Risk Management.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards with Project Metrics and business requirements.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. - Drive process improvements and contribute to project management best practices.

- Able to handle and drive quality audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 15 years of total experience, with at least 35 years in project management roles.

- Strong technical background in networking protocols, systems, or infrastructure.

- Hands-on experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or similar).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

- Exposure to modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.

Certification :

- PMP , Prince2 , Networking , any cloud
