Mission :

As a Scrum Master, you lead agile delivery across globally distributed teams focused on business intelligence and analytics.

This new role is central to enabling high-impact digital solutions that integrate data, drive insight, and support strategic decision-making.

Youll work closely with business, IT, and BI teams to deliver scalable data pipelines, intuitive dashboards, and KPI-driven reporting tools.

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Scrum principles.

- Coach teams on agile best practices, adapting frameworks to suit distributed collaboration.

- Partner with Product Owners, Business Process Analysts, and Reporting & Analytics specialists to refine backlogs and align sprint goals with business outcomes.

- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Coordinate across time zones and functions to ensure seamless delivery.

- Track and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, quality indicators).

- Champion agile values while pragmatically supporting delivery of BI and analytics solutions.

- Support teams building and enhancing data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards.

- Ensure delivery aligns with product strategy and stakeholder priorities.

Requirements :

- Bachelors in computer science/information technology with 57 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments.

- Proven success working with globally distributed teams and interacting with senior executives.

- Experience delivering BI solutions including data integration, transformation, and visualization.

- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

- Hands-on exposure to data pipeline development and KPI reporting frameworks.

- Strong understanding of agile metrics and delivery tracking.

- Demonstrated ability to work with a product mindsetbalancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM II or equivalent).

- Background in data engineering, analytics, or product management.

- Experience in cloud-based data platforms (e., Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise data strategy.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across complex delivery landscapes.

- Agile delivery is predictable, transparent, and aligned with business priorities.

- Teams are empowered, collaborative, and continuously improving.

- BI solutions are timely, actionable, and trusted by stakeholders.

- Product thinking drives prioritization and long-term value creation.
