Calc Developer - C/C++

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C/C++ or C# to implement calculation rules.

- Modify and optimize existing calculation logics based on business requirements.

- Work extensively with Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros to support and automate pension calculations.

- Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to translate pension rules into functional

calculation logic.

- Test, validate, and troubleshoot calculation outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Follow defined processes and best practices to build calculations from scratch.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong programming skills in C/C++ or C#.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros).

- Experience in coding pension calculations in in-house tools or proprietary platforms.

- Knowledge of the UK/US pension industry and related processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
