CAD Support Engineer will be part of CAD/PDM systems global team in IT that is responsible for supporting all CAD and PDM systems in KLA as well as the development, Engineering and NPI processes.

Supporting users in the different mechanical and electrical CAD systems with systems installations and problems, administration of the systems, conduct trainings, work with engineers to design workflows and work procedures and build them in the system, design interfaces with other systems, manage and preform systems upgrades, vaults consolidations for KLA subsidiaries and rollout of new systems and processes.

Support KLA Digital Transformation roadmap to implement digital twin, MBD, CAD Integration with PLM and other cross-organizational work procedures.

This person will be a CAD Support Engineer and will work on the digital transformation roadmap activities.

The digital transformation roadmap requires lots of support for CAD processes like MBD, Digital Twin, CAD integration with PLM, and more

- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years;

- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 4 years;

- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years.

- MUST currently be in a Support role, candidates with Only Design experience will not be a good fit.

- Past Electrical Design engineers that currently have CAD support experience will be a good fit.

Technical Skills :

SUPPORT experience in ECAD/ ORCAD/ AUTOCAD. Relevant exp as specified under education.

- Extensive knowledge in PCB process steps

- Knowledge of Cadence application

- Experience with Xpedition EDM application

- Structure of component libraries

- Proficiency in Altium

- Experience with Cadence Allegro

- Experience with OrCAD

- IT support exp is a must

- Tool support exp is a must

- Ticketing , tools, orcad, autocad, ecad tools, tech support

- Cad administration, P4 , understanding the business process.

- Supporting simulation tool is must

- Installation experience along with experience in simulation, automation is a must
