- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams for end-to-end model development.

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning algorithms across regression, classification, NLP, and time-series use cases.

- Conduct data-driven experiments, evaluate model performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements :

- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and operations research; leadership experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with hands-on experience in data manipulation and modeling.

- Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Solid foundation in mathematics, including statistics, probability, and algebra.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert business requirements into ML-driven solutions.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
