We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer with strong expertise in C++, Qt, and QML to develop intelligent applications and AI-powered user experiences. The ideal candidate will build scalable AI-enabled applications, integrate machine learning and generative AI capabilities, and develop high-performance Qt/QML interfaces.

You will work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and user experience to create next-generation intelligent products. The role requires a strong awareness of user-cantered design principles and sensitivity to usability, accessibility, visual quality, and human-AI interactions to ensure that technical innovations translate into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-enabled applications using modern C++ and the Qt framework.

- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces using Qt Quick and QML.

- Integrate AI and machine learning models into C++/Qt applications.

- Develop AI-assisted workflows, intelligent UI features, and automation capabilities.

- Integrate LLMs, AI agents, inference engines, or cloud AI services into desktop and embedded applications.

- Optimize AI application performance, memory usage, latency, and responsiveness.

- Develop reusable Qt/QML components and scalable application architecture.

- Collaborate with AI researchers, product teams, UI/UX designers, and software architects.

- Contribute to the implementation of user experiences that balance functionality, usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.

- Demonstrate sensitivity to user needs and interaction patterns when designing and implementing AI-powered features.

- Participate in design discussions and help translate UX concepts, workflows, and interaction models into production-ready applications.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.

- Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in C++ (C++17 or later).

- Hands-on experience with Qt (Qt5/Qt6) and QML.

- Experience integrating QML with C++ backends.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Experience with AI/ML model integration.

- Familiarity with generative AI, LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, or intelligent automation workflows.

- Knowledge of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.

- Experience with CMake, Git, and cross-platform development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Awareness of UI/UX design principles and sensitivity to usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, interaction quality, and overall user experience.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with UX and visual designers, demonstrating an appreciation for user-cantered design and human-AI interaction considerations when implementing AI-powered applications.
