Role Overview :

As a Senior .Net Developer based in Pune, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining high-performance web applications that drive business efficiency for our international clientele.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance engineers, to translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code.

By taking ownership of the full software development lifecycle, you will ensure that our platforms remain scalable, secure, and responsive, directly impacting the operational success of our global partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable web applications using .Net and MVC frameworks to meet specific client requirements and business objectives.

- Design and implement intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using Angular to enhance user engagement and platform usability.

- Optimize database performance and integrity by writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support high-volume data processing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions that improve system performance and reliability.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of coding quality and technical documentation across the project lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using .Net, MVC, and Angular, with a strong grasp of modern software design patterns.

- Proven ability to manage complex database environments, including designing schemas and optimizing SQL queries for performance-critical applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team environment.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site model in Pune, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to project delivery.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
