Our Client :


Our client is a leading financial firm using advanced technology and algorithms for high- frequency trading (HFT) across different asset classes. They are hiring for C++ Developer role for Gurgaon Location.


Role : High-Frequency Trading Software Developer


What Youll Do :


- Design and develop ultra-low latency, high-throughput trading systems.

- Optimize performance at every layer : network, OS, and application.

- Build and maintain tools for real-time monitoring, risk controls, and system diagnostics.

- Research new algorithms and technologies to reduce latency and improve efficiency.

- Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, automation, and documentation.

- Adapt trading infrastructure for different exchanges and asset classes.

- Lead initiatives on technical architecture and mentoring within the engineering team.

- Foster a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and improvement.


What Were Looking For :


- B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, EE, Math, or related fields from a top-tier institute.

- 05 years of experience in performance-critical software development.

- Expertise in C/C++, with deep understanding of memory management, concurrency, and data structures.

- Comfortable in a Linux environment; solid scripting skills (Python, Shell).

- Strong problem-solving ability with excellent debugging instincts.

- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet protocols, and parallel/multi-threaded programming.

- Highly reliable with a bias for action and ownership.

- Prior experience in HFT, hedge funds, or trading desks is a big plus.
