Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned C Developer to join our core engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing high-performance backend systems that form the backbone of our product suite. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with cross-functional product and infrastructure teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable code. By focusing on low-latency execution and system stability, your contributions will directly enhance the end-user experience and drive the technical efficiency of our platform at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement high-performance modules in C to ensure system reliability and speed for our global client base.

- Optimize existing data structures and algorithms to improve memory management and processing efficiency across our Linux-based production environments.

- Develop complex multithreaded applications to handle high-concurrency workloads, ensuring seamless performance under peak traffic conditions.

- Collaborate with senior architects and stakeholders to troubleshoot system-level bottlenecks and deploy scalable solutions that meet evolving business demands.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and maintain high standards of documentation to foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in C programming with a deep understanding of memory management, pointers, and system-level architecture.

- Proven ability to implement and optimize complex data structures and algorithms to solve real-world performance challenges.

- Strong proficiency in Linux system programming, including process management, inter-process communication, and shell scripting.

- Extensive experience in designing multithreaded applications, with a focus on thread safety, synchronization, and deadlock prevention.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders.
