The Senior Developer is responsible for designing and developing complex applications and architectural components. This role may involve leading a small team of developers in configuration, programming, and testing activities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement complex application components and system architectures.

- Lead and mentor a small team of developers through the software development lifecycle.

- Diagnose and resolve medium to complex defects and performance issues.

- Ensure accountability for service commitments and delivery for assigned applications.

- Monitor, track, and actively participate in ticket resolution.

- Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Develop and implement desktop and web-based applications in a Windows environment using C++ and MFC with the latest Visual Studio IDEs.

- Collaborate effectively across teams to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in C++, MFC, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Visual Studio.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing object-oriented solutions.
