Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced C/C++ Developer with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in C and C++, excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms, and experience working on complex software development projects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C and C++.

- Develop efficient, scalable, and high-performance application components.

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented C/C++ code.

- Work extensively with object-oriented programming and modern C++ concepts.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.

- Design and implement software modules based on functional and technical specifications.

- Develop and integrate APIs, libraries, and system-level components.

- Work with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management concepts.

- Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues using appropriate debugging tools.

- Perform root-cause analysis of production and development issues.

- Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and CPU consumption.

- Work with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

- Develop unit tests and participate in integration and system testing.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

- Integrate third-party libraries and system components as required.

- Maintain technical documentation for application design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

- Support application deployment, production releases, and post-production issues.

- Identify opportunities for code modernization, automation, and performance improvement.

Required Technical Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with C and C++.

- Strong knowledge of C++11/14/17/20 and modern C++ programming practices.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Strong understanding of pointers, memory management, references, templates, STL, and exception handling.

- Good understanding of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and inter-process communication.

- Experience with debugging and performance optimization.

- Good understanding of design patterns and software development principles.

- Experience with Linux/Unix environments.

- Good knowledge of Git and version-control practices.

- Experience writing unit and integration tests.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with embedded systems or system-level programming.

- Experience with networking protocols and TCP/IP.

- Knowledge of IPC mechanisms and socket programming.

- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of Python or scripting languages.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to CMake, Make, GCC, GDB, Valgrind, or similar development/debugging tools.
