About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Zoho SME / Zoho Developer with deep expertise in Zoho application implementation, customization, and integration.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Expense, Zoho People, and others, with a strong background in business process automation and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and customize Zoho applications to meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain workflows, blueprints, custom functions, and integrations across Zoho suite.

- Manage Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Expense, and People for end-to-end automation.

- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems via REST APIs, Deluge, and webhooks.

- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Zoho ecosystem and recommend best practices.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.

- Train users and document system configurations and processes.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Expense, Projects, People, Creator).

- Strong command of Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and workflow automation.

- Proven experience in Zoho implementation and customization across multiple business domains.

- Experience integrating Zoho with ERP, accounting, or HR systems.

- Understanding of data migration, security setup, and reporting within Zoho.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with clients in real estate, finance, or professional services sectors.

- Zoho certifications or demonstrable project portfolio.

- Familiarity with cloud integration tools (Zapier, Integromat, etc.)
