- Experienced in building intuitive dashboards, performance scorecards, and interactive visualisations to enable stakeholders to derive insights quickly and effectively.

- Develop a Tableau dashboard as the primary owner and be accountable for the dashboard

- Experience in BigQuery/ SQL to develop complex views/stored procedures/functions, and has an understanding of data models and relationships between different data elements

- Design and implement brand scorecards to track KPIs, business goals, and performance metrics.

- Translate complex datasets into compelling and easy-to-understand visual narratives to support data storytelling.

- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and ensure dashboard accuracy.

- Continuously improve the usability and interactivity of dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.

- Ensure consistency in visual standards, best practices in visualization, and performance optimization of dashboards.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field with 5 to 8 years of experience in business intelligence and visualisation.

- Expertise in Tableau for data visualisation, dashboard design, and performance tuning.

- Strong understanding of data storytelling principles and ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in BigQuery/ SQL for extracting and preparing data from databases.

- Knowledge of data modelling and best practices for dashboard development.

- Good to have : familiarity with Tableau Prep, Power BI, or Looker.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Key Skills : Tableau, SQL, Big Query (both important for data extraction and processing).

- Individual contributor role, direct communication with clients.

- Expected to handle client requirements and give updates during scrum calls.
