Position: Business Intelligence Specialist

Experience Required:

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics

- Experience in designing and implementing analytics solutions

- Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling and visualization

- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into analytical solutions

- Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement and maintain analytics solutions, reports, metrics and dashboards to support business decisions.

- Use Power BI and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights.

- Perform deep-dive analysis of business and data-related problems and provide recommendations.

- Develop and optimize data models and ETL processes.

- Work with Python and SQL for data analysis and transformation.

- Leverage GCP/BigQuery for scalable data analytics solutions.

- Improve data quality, usability and performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve analytics, visualization and reporting processes.
