Data/BI Engineer

Were looking for a Data/BI Engineer with a strong foundation in SQL and Power BI, and hands-on experience in at least one ETL tool (preferably Informatica or Databricks) for our client.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building robust data pipelines and delivering high-impact business insights through visual analytics.

Mandatory Skills : SQL and Power BI (35 Years Experience).

Location : Bangalore/Bhubaneswar/Kolkata/Mumbai/Gurgaon.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using tools like Informatica, Databricks, or similar.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

- Connect to diverse data sources, perform modeling, transformation, and data cleansing.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual appeal.

- Work cross-functionally with teams including business analysts and IT.

Qualifications :

- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop + Service).

- Strong in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.

- Experience in working with at least one ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Databricks, SSIS, etc.)

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Great communication and documentation skills.
