Business Intelligence Developer

About the Role :

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? At Etech Global Services, were looking for a SQL/BI Developer to join our Data Analyst Department.

Youll be working on dynamic projects that make a meaningful impact on our teams, our clients, and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries (preferably T-SQL).

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Sisense, or Tableau.

- Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) using tools such as Talend or SSIS.

- Manage data exchange through SFTP, and work with structured files such as CSV and Excel.

- Integrate and consume data from APIs to support reporting and analytics needs.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL development (T-SQL preferred).

- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Sisense, or Tableau).

- Experience working with ETL/ELT tools such as Talend or SSIS.

- Strong understanding of data handling using SFTP, Excel/CSV files, and APIs.

- BPO/Call Center domain experience is mandatory
