Overview :

MindCruits is hiring for a Business Analyst on behalf of a confidential client in the Oil & Gas domain. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Frac operations, data analysis, and SaaS product environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Frac operations, drilling, and production analytics.

- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specs for Oil & Gas SaaS platforms.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support product development.

- Define and validate visualizations like time-series charts and pressure-depth graphs.

- Identify process gaps and recommend workflow ?improvements

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oil & Gas software solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Frac operations, completions, and reservoir data.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Agile environment exposure.

Preferred :

- Experience with Oil & Gas SaaS platforms.

- Knowledge of WITSML, PPDM, RESQML and predictive analytics is a plus.
