Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with 812 years of experience to drive product excellence in the Payments & IT domain.

The ideal candidate will be a decisive leader focused on bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, particularly within a fast-paced environment that requires immediate joining.

Key responsibilities include managing requirements for development teams, driving continuous improvement through process automation, mitigating security risks, and acting as a strong advocate for exceptional User Experience.


Key Responsibilities :


Requirements Management and Product Strategy :


- Lead the process to create detailed requirements and define acceptance criteria for development teams within the Payments & IT domain.

- Drive work prioritization for development backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic product goals and timelines.

- Actively contribute to the product roadmaps and planning processes by providing specialized industry insights and competitive analysis.

- Negotiate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with stakeholders to balance business objectives with immediate user needs and deliver incremental value.


Process Improvement and Risk Mitigation :


- Proactively identify system/process gaps, focusing on opportunities to automate manual tasks for efficiency gains.

- Identify and analyze potential security risks within applications and processes, collaborating with technical teams to develop remediation plans.

- Drive continuous improvement by evolving and optimizing existing Agile team processes and workflows.


Agile Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment :


- Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, and reviews.

- Align Product, Program, Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure unified execution and shared understanding of goals.

- Lead change management and release processes, applying knowledge of ITIL best practices to minimize deployment risk.


Documentation and User Experience :


- Prepare comprehensive product documentation, including QuickStart guides, detailed manuals, and internal process documentation.

- Serve as a strong advocate for User Experience (UX), ensuring user-centricity is maintained throughout the design and development lifecycle.


Qualifications :


- Experience : Mandatory 812 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.


- Domain Expertise (Mandatory) : Proven experience working within the Payments domain, Financial Services, or IT systems.


- Process Skills : Strong experience with Agile methodologies and ability to facilitate related ceremonies.


- Communication : Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional alignment skills.


Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PSM).

- Practical experience in process automation and leveraging technology to mitigate operational/security risks.

- Familiarity with ITIL best practices for change and release management
