Business Analyst - IT Security Domain

Job Title : IT Security Onboarding Business Analyst.

Location : Pune (Hybrid Mode).

Experience : 5+ Years.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, experience with data migrations, and the ability to work closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure business needs are met.

- Analyze and validate data using SQL to support onboarding/migration activities.

- Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and governance.

- Monitor, track, and report project status using dashboards (Power BI understanding preferred).

- Provide support in resolving issues related to onboarding, migration, and access management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

- Hands-on experience with migration projects (user/application/data migrations).

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.

- Good understanding of Azure environment and related services.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid model (Pune location).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Understanding of Power BI dashboards for tracking and reporting.
