Job Title : Business Analyst Japanese Speaking

Business Analyst to support our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiative.

Any Project specific Prerequisite skills :

- Business Analyst - IT/PLM implementation experience, Japanese speaking, writing, and reading

Experience Required :

- Japanese Language Proficiency Required. We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience.

- Need to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the core business teams, factory operations, and the IT/PLM implementation team, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive business requirements gathering sessions in both Japanese and English, ensuring the needs of the core and factory teams are accurately captured.

- Facilitate change management processes, helping teams adapt to new systems and workflows associated with PLM implementation.

- Extend and clarify requirements as the project evolves, maintaining alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.

- Act as the voice of the core team and factory team to the IT/PLM implementation team, translating business needs into technical specifications.

- Support documentation, analysis, and reporting of business processes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove barriers to successful PLM adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).

- Experience in business analysis within manufacturing, supply chain, or PLM projects preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops across diverse teams.

- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team.

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
