At Burger Singh, we believe in using technology to scale efficiently. Our franchise ecosystem is growing rapidly, and we are now building a dedicated app to streamline franchise operations, support, and performance tracking.

About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain the Burger Singh Franchise App - a platform for franchisees to manage their outlets, raise requests, and view business insights. The app will be developed for Web, Android, and iOS using a shared codebase. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in fast-paced environments, can work independently, and leverages modern tools (including AI assistants) to build and scale software quickly.

Roles and Responsibilities :

App Development

- Develop a responsive web app (React.js / Next.js).

- Build cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.

- Ensure fast performance, intuitive UI/UX, and scalability across devices.

Backend & Integrations :

- Integrate with third-party systems like Rista (POS), Zoho Desk, and Zoho CRM.

- Implement user roles and secure authentication systems.

Key Features to Develop :

- Analytics dashboards and reports for franchisees.

- Push notifications and in-app alerts.

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance :

- Deploy the app on the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android).

- Monitor uptime, debug issues, and release timely updates.

- Continuously improve performance and add new modules as required.

Requirements :

- Experience with Node.js, Express, Django, or FastAPI.

- Familiar with databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Snowflake.

- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party system integration.

- Comfortable with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Ability to use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up development.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar.
