Role : Azure & Windows Infrastructure Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced Azure - Windows Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in hybrid infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, backup, automation, and cloud operations.

Location : Bengaluru.

Experience : 10+ Years.

Notice Period : Immediate.

- Trellix Antivirus / Endpoint Security.

- Server Migration - Physical, Virtual & Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade Windows Server environments to ensure high availability and performance for global client infrastructures.

- Automate routine administrative tasks and server provisioning using PowerShell or other scripting languages to reduce manual overhead and improve deployment consistency.

- Manage complex Active Directory and Group Policy environments to maintain rigorous security standards and identity management across the organization.

- Troubleshoot high-level system performance issues and security vulnerabilities, providing root cause analysis to prevent recurring outages for business-critical applications.

- Lead the migration of on-premises Windows workloads to cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime for end-users.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices for system hardening, patching cycles, and disaster recovery planning.

- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement patches and configuration changes that align with industry-standard security frameworks.

Preferred Experience :

Experience in hybrid cloud environments, disaster recovery, storage performance optimization, server migrations, and advanced virtualization will be an added advantage.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
