Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Associate QA Engineer who is proficient in both manual and automation testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in testing web applications, mobile applications, and other software products to ensure they meet quality standards. This role

requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the overall technical lead and automated testing solutions resource;

- Design and code key aspects of test automation framework(s);

- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to the efforts of Software Engineers and QA Engineers in the realm of automation;

- Conduct ad-hoc technical training, design and code reviews, and resolve technical issues for the test automation;

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Assurance to identify necessary testing capabilities;

- Partner with Engineering on test automation efforts and ensure that efforts support the testing solutions;

- Own the configuration management that integrates test automation into the overall continuous integration environment;

- Be liaison with Engineering for continuous integration management.

Job Requirements :

- 3 years+ of progressive, hands-on manual testing and automation engineering in an enterprise software environment;

- Strong familiarity with standard concepts and technologies used in web-based applications and testing web-based applications is required;

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required;

- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile product development environment;

- Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive production schedules and deadlines;

- Experience implementing new technologies/methods;

Desired :

Experience with some or most of these technologies and tools is desirable :

- Jira - issue tracking

- Selenium/Playwright - automation

- Python is must

- JMeter - load testing

- Java, jScript, python - JUnit/Sit tests - development

- Postman - API

- Jenkins - release management
