We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team, who will play and integral part in our continued growth. Improving how we use data and advanced analytics to optimise our sites identification, setup and commercial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methods, machine learning and Python programming. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills to real-world problems.

Shift hours : 12.30 PM IST to 9.30 PM IST

Role Summary :

- Data Collection and Cleaning : Gather, preprocess, and clean data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Data Analysis : Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, insights.

- Model Development : Developing, testing, and validating predictive models using machine learning.

- Python Programming : Write efficient and maintainable Python code for data manipulation, analysis, and model implementation.

- Visualization : Create clear and informative data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, processes, and code.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong SQL & Python knowledge and a good understanding of cloud computing and cloud deployment (ideally AWS)

- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail and eager to learn.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, analysis or engineering with proven delivery of ML projects.

- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.

- Experience with customer or geospatial data is a plus. Experience with time series forecasting or causal models is plus as well.
