Bounteous - Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions

- Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL

- Develop and maintain Salesforce APIs and integrations with third-party systems

- Implement and optimize business workflows using Flow and Process Automation tools

- Refactor existing triggers, workflows, and automation for scalability and performance

- Replace legacy automation with modern Flow-based solutions

- Improve code maintainability and eliminate hardcoded dependencies

- Design and support integrations with ERP, billing, analytics, and customer service platforms

- Implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities including lead-to-cash and case management processes

- Configure Omni-Channel routing, queues, and skill-based assignment rules

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and security best practices

- Support CI/CD and deployment processes across environments

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL

- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)

- Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations

- Exposure to CPQ / RCA (Revenue Cloud / Quote-to-Cash processes)

- Experience with Data Loader and Salesforce data management tools

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing architecture

- Experience with trigger optimization and governor limits handling

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
