Description :

- Define end-to-end application architecture for enterprise Java solutions.

- Design scalable, resilient, and high-availability systems using modern architectural patterns.

- Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and coding guidelines.

- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy.

Java & Backend Engineering Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership across Java/J2EE development initiatives.

- Drive adoption of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.

- Guide teams on RESTful API design, integration patterns, and messaging solutions.

- Support modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.

Microservices & Cloud Architecture :

- Architect and govern microservices-based architectures.

- Design event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.

- Enable containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Architect solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Performance, Security & Scalability :

- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

- Define strategies for caching, load balancing, and fault tolerance.

- Enforce application security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption).

- Support compliance with regulatory and security standards.

DevOps, CI/CD & Quality :

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to define CI/CD pipelines.

- Promote test-driven development, automation, and quality engineering practices.

- Define monitoring, logging, and observability standards.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor and coach senior developers and technical leads.

- Lead design discussions, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations.

- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.

- Partner with QA and operations teams for smooth releases
