Job Description :

This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure as per agreed service levels and risk thresholds defined by the Company. The incumbent will partner with the Business Applications & Digital Team leads and collaborate for complete functional delivery and will support in planning and deployment of all technology projects. The position will also handle all external vendor deliveries and relationships.

Essential Function :

- Partners with CIO to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and implementation along with information security operations for the Company.

- Leading and driving the technology Infrastructure & information security i.e. Technology infrastructure, Network, Server, Database, Middleware, Webserver, Service desk as per ITIL standard, Information Security towards achieving corporate objective across the organization.

- Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.

- Build strategic relationships for creating value for the organization & driving Cloud strategy.

- Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.

- Design & implementation of information security systems. Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the Information security & IT governance process.

- Assist in joint review of security policies, controls and cyber incident and related responses and related planning. Ensuring security of the existing Overall IT landscape.

- Constantly update the cyber security strategy to leverage new technology and threat information.

- Develop and maintain disaster recovery program to ensure data integrity and technology functionality always remains intact.

- Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture, Ensuring Automation of DR, and operations, including storage area network and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures.

- Maintain good relationships along with robust governance structure with IT Vendors/service providers. Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners.

- Ensure systems servers, Network, Database, Middleware, Webserver, Operating System, Service Delivery, information security and desktop services meet the agreed service levels.

- Participate in the formulation of the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans, assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the business.

- Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.

- Manage Day to day IT Infrastructure and Information Security to improve IT efficiency, Cost and End user Satisfaction.

- Directing and supporting the implementation of new software and hardware.

- Coordinating IT activities to ensure data availability and network services with minimal disruption.

- Overseeing departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting. Implementing executive polices.

- Collaborate extensively with the Business Community to capture their expectations and build a roadmap to increase their satisfaction through continuous improvement.

- Lead and manage an agile and result oriented team that contributes to business strategy and success.

Applicants should possess the following attributes :

- Strong Understanding of BFSI sector & related Business Application, Business Process, Regulatory and Governance of IT. Identifying and recommending new technology solutions.

- Experience of a broad range of technologies, Detail oriented, process driven, innovative mind set and a deeply ingrained sense of ownership for the services delivered.

- In depth Experience in managing IT Infrastructure, Information Security, IT Operation, Digital Transformation, Server Architecture, Business Applications, Network /Application Architecture, Business Continuity, IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Desk Automation DR Automation.

- Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.

- Knowledge about latest technology trend in to the BFSI industry.

- Excellent knowledge about various aspects of IT and IT infrastructure & information security so as to recommend best systems for the organization.

- Excellent management and observation skill.

- Strong presence of mind and problem solving abilities.
