About the Role :

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer who can design, build, and optimize dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions.

- The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Tableau and SQL, with additional proficiency in Python being a strong plus.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

- Create complex SQL queries, perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience.

- Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and reusable components for reporting.

- Integrate Tableau with various data platforms and ensure seamless data flow.

- Utilize Python (optional) for automation, data preparation, advanced analytics, or API integration.

- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact insights.

- Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in BI and data visualization roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Server/Online).

- Excellent knowledge of SQL, query optimization, and working with large datasets.

- Experience in data modeling, ETL concepts, and analytics workflows.

- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into analytical insights.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Working knowledge of Python for data processing or automation.

- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

- Understanding of Tableau API, extensions, or embedding use cases.

- Experience in Agile environments.
