Bluetooth Developer - C/C++ Programming

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Bluetooth/BLE Firmware Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in BT/BLE firmware and host stack development. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Bluetooth protocols, strong C/C++ programming expertise, and solid knowledge of the firmware development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain firmware and host components for Bluetooth/BLE solutions.

- Implement and optimize Bluetooth protocol layers in accordance with BT/BLE specifications.

- Work on debugging, performance tuning, and feature enhancements across firmware stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, app teams) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and ensure compliance with development standards.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Bluetooth/BLE firmware and host stack development.

- Thorough understanding of BT/BLE protocol stacks and specifications.

- Strong programming skills in C/C++.

- Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).

- Familiarity with development tools such as JTAG, debuggers, and protocol analyzers.

- Good understanding of the end-to-end firmware development lifecycle.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with Bluetooth certification and compliance processes.

- Exposure to multi-core platforms or SoC development.

- Familiarity with low-power optimization techniques in BLE.
