We are currently in the early stages of product development and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our core founding team.

What You'll Do :

- Build and scale core features for our voice-first messaging platform

- Develop end-to-end product features using React, Node.js, and MySQL

- Design robust and scalable backend services for messaging, notifications, and user management

- Optimize for real-time performance and high availability

- Collaborate closely with the founder, designer, and product team in a fast-moving startup environment

- Bring technical vision and decision-making to the table

- Own quality and security across the stack

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments

- Deep experience with React.js, Node.js, and MySQL

- Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and frontend performance

- Experience working in an early-stage startup or 0- 1 product environment

- Prior experience working on communication tools, chat/messaging products, or similar real-time apps.

- A product mindset.

- You care about user experience and performance

- Clear communication and strong ownership

Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience with WebRTC, voice/video APIs, or real-time frameworks (Socket.io, Firebase)

- Exposure to DevOps or infrastructure (AWS, CI/CD)

- Passion for messaging apps.
