Role Objective :

We are seeking a .NET Developer / Application Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 58, and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to innovate, and skilled at delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Architect, design, and build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core / .NET 58.

- Agile Collaboration : Actively contribute in SCRUM ceremonies, collaborating with product owners, designers, and managers to deliver business-centric solutions.

- Solution Engineering : Research, design, and develop POCs to validate new business requirements and innovative approaches.

- Code Quality : Write clean, modular, and bug-free code following SOLID principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.

- Mentorship : Guide and support junior developers in coding, debugging, and following best practices.

- UI/Frontend Development : Work hands-on with Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks for front-end integration.

- Database Management : Design database schemas, optimize queries, and develop stored procedures, triggers, and functions in MS SQL Server.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure applications adhere to best practices for security, authentication, authorization, privacy, and compliance.

- Testing & CI/CD : Implement and maintain unit tests, contribute to automated testing, and support CI/CD pipelines.

- Documentation : Prepare and maintain technical documentation for architecture, APIs, and codebases.

- Cloud & AI Integration (Preferred) : Leverage Azure / AWS AI services, NLP, RAG, and LLM-based solutions where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Education : BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

- Experience : 35 years of professional experience in web application development.

Technical Competencies :

- Backend : C#, ASP.NET Core (3.x / 5 / 7 / 8), API development (schema-first approach).

- Frontend : Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, responsive UI development.

- Database : MS SQL Server (performance tuning, stored procedures, functions).

- Version Control : Azure DevOps / GitHub.

- Architecture : Familiarity with design and architectural patterns, SOLID principles.

- Testing : Unit testing, automated test frameworks (added advantage).

- Cloud & AI (Preferred) : Exposure to Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI services, NLP, and Generative AI (LLMs).
