Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Strong 10 to 12 years of experience in building business intelligence solutions is a must

- Strong 6 to 8 years of experience in business analysis and data interpretation is a must

- Experience working with data warehousing technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and handling large datasets is required

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and data modeling is essential

- Good understanding of statistics, pattern recognition, and deriving actionable insights

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Amazon QuickSight is required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Develop, integrate, and maintain backend data architectures and staging environments

- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools

- Design and develop AI/ML-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and uncover insights

- Gather and analyze data, and present clear, actionable findings to stakeholders

- Work on complex business problems and deliver data-driven recommendations

- Perform scenario analysis and performance modelling

- Solve challenging data and architectural problems using cutting-edge technologies

- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams

Role Expectations :

This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and architecture

We are looking for self-starters who take end-to-end ownership and can operate with minimal supervision

The interview process includes a live coding assessment to evaluate real-time problem-solving and coding capabilities

This is an in-office role; candidates should be willing to work from office on a regular basis
