- We are seeking a high-caliber Blockchain Developer to design and deploy secure, scalable decentralized solutions. This is a 100% remote role (US-based) focused on building the next generation of financial infrastructure and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Youll be responsible for the full lifecycle of smart contracts, from gas-optimized architecture to rigorous security auditing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Smart Contract Development : Architect, write, and test secure smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.

- Protocol Integration : Implement modular blockchain components and integrate with Layer 2 solutions (ZK-rollups/Optimistic).

- DApp Engineering : Build and maintain high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) using TypeScript, Web3.js, or Ethers.js.

- Security & Audit : Conduct internal audits and implement cryptographic best practices to safeguard against vulnerabilities.

- Performance Tuning : Optimize smart contracts for maximum gas efficiency and transaction throughput.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on blockchain.

- Stack : Mastery of Solidity, Go, or Rust, and experience with frameworks like Foundry or Hardhat.

- Fundamentals : Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms (PoS), cryptography, and distributed systems.

- Web3 Tools : Proficiency with MetaMask, IPFS, and indexing protocols (e.g., The Graph).

- Soft Skills : Proven ability to work asynchronously in a remote, US-based team.
