About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Data & Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, and enterprise IT delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale data and analytics engagements, leading cross-functional technical teams, managing client relationships, and delivering complex Fixed Price projects within scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, budget, and margin targets.

- Lead large and diverse teams of 35 - 50+ professionals, including developers, Business Analysts, QA, architects, and technical leads.

- Act as the primary client interface, managing stakeholder expectations, communication, escalations, governance, and project reviews.

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, resources, and timelines.

- Drive Fixed Price project execution, ensuring projects remain within agreed scope and budget.

- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define feasible and effective technical delivery strategies.

- Provide technical guidance and oversight around cloud-based data warehouses and modern data platforms.

- Identify project risks proactively and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.

- Track project performance and provide regular reporting on milestones, deliverables, financials, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.

- Drive delivery governance, ensuring effective coordination between technical, business, and client stakeholders.

- Ensure effective resource planning, utilization, and allocation across project workstreams.

Must-Have Skills :

- 12 - 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably within enterprise IT services.

- Strong experience in Data & Analytics project delivery.

- Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects and teams of 35 - 50+ members.

- Strong experience in Fixed Price project execution.

- Hands-on experience with project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project / Microsoft Planner.

Tech Stack :

- Cloud Data Platforms : Azure, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake.

- ETL Technologies : Informatica, SSIS, DataStage, Ab Initio (Experience with at least two preferred).

Good to Have :

- PMP / PMI certification.

- Scrum / Agile certification or experience.

- Experience working with enterprise Data Warehousing / Data Engineering programs.

- Experience managing multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams.

- Experience with cloud migration or modernization of legacy data platforms.
