About the role :

As a Business Analytics Specialist, you'll play a critical role in building the systems, tools, and processes that fuel strategic decision-making across the company.

You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that span reporting, financial modelling, and business intelligencedriving efficiency, visibility, and growth.

You'll play a key part in enabling data-informed decisions, optimising our revenue and cost structures, and shaping how we track performance and scale sustainably across markets and product lines.

What youll do :

Reporting & Analytics: Youll own dashboards, define key metrics, and keep a pulse on how our growth efforts are performing then turn that data into actionable insights the team can actually use.

Business & Financial Analytics: Youll dive deep into revenue trends, pricing, unit economics, and customer data to help shape forecasts, investment decisions, and growth strategies.

Tooling & Automation: Love optimising workflows and getting rid of repetitive tasks? Youll help us choose and implement the right tools to make our growth engine more efficient and scalable.

Marketing & Sales Insights: Partner with marketing and sales to help measure channel performance, CAC, ROI, and campaign impact driving smarter customer acquisition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, finance, and marketing teams to bring data-driven ideas to life and ensure everything stays aligned as we scale.

01 Initiatives: Youll help spin up and operationalise new analytics capabilities from building new predictive models to launching early-stage internal tooling experiments.

What makes you a good fit :

- 2+ years of experience in business analytics, finance, FP&A, or revenue ops ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment.

- You know your way around tools like Excel/Sheets, SQL, Looker/Tableau, or something similar.

- Comfortable with financial and business tech stacks (think ERPs, CRMs, analytics platforms, etc.

- Youre not afraid to start from scratch, explore ambiguity, and figure things out as you go.
