About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern .NET development, Azure cloud services, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to mentor developers and drive technical excellence across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET 6/8/10.

- Build and integrate robust RESTful Web APIs for enterprise-grade applications.

- Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

- Work with Entity Framework Core, MediatR, ASP.NET Core, and XUnit to build reliable applications.

- Design and optimize SQL databases while ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar technologies.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and release management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and architecture.

- Evaluate technical approaches through experimentation, benchmarking, and continuous improvements.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 6/8/10, and SQL.

- Experience with NoSQL databases is an added advantage.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including:

1. Azure App Services

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM Templates, or equivalent tools.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in search solutions, data extraction, and data preprocessing.

- Exposure to AI-powered search, vector databases, and data analytics.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and optimizing AI prompts.

- Understanding of modern AI technologies and their integration into enterprise applications.
