- Backend Development : Experienced in NodeJS, development and design of frameworks like express, Loopback, Koa etc.

- Profiling Tools : Proficient in AppDynamics/Dynatrace, performance tuning, debugging, monitoring

- Microservices Design Patterns : Familiar with Observer, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, Service Discovery

- Frontend Development : Hands on experience in TypeScript/JavaScript

- Performance Tuning : Skilled in debugging, monitoring

- API Development : Excellent knowledge developing scalable and highly-available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies

- Coding Principles : Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture (Kafka), MongoDB, Redis

- CI/CD Pipeline : Well versed with CI/CD principles, actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem

- Quality Assurance : Good experience in Quality gate tools like Sonarqube, Checkmarx/fortify

- Distributed Services : Familiar with Distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production environment

- Containerization : Understanding of containerization, experienced in Dockers , Kubernetes

- API Gateway Integration : Exposed to API gateway integrations like 3Scale

- Authentication : Understanding of Single-Sign-on or token based authentication (Rest, JWT, oAuth)

Functional Skills :

- Coding Standards : Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices

- Industry Expertise : Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred

- Agile Methodology : Experience in Agile methodology
