- Design, build, test, and implement end-to-end BI solutions including SAP BW data models, ETL pipelines, and front-end reporting layers in support of business requirements and industry best practices.

- Support system migrations or consolidations, or implementation of new platforms

- Own the administration and performance health of the SAP BW environment, including InfoProviders, DSOs, transformations, DTPs, process chains, and transport management.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications, data mapping documents, and technical designs.

- Support and drive change management of existing data processes, including identifying opportunities to rationalize legacy reporting and migrate workloads to modern platforms.

- Work with project managers and business analysts to develop project plans for BI implementation initiatives, maintaining accountability for deliverables and timelines.

- Apply broad technical exposure across data warehousing, ETL, and analytics tooling to drive adoption of best practices around data modeling, code quality, and performance optimization.

- Identify business opportunities to increase the usability and business value of the data and information architecture.

- Ensure all deliverables and commitments are met and that projects adhere to relevant standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.

- Maintain thorough technical documentation including data dictionaries, data lineage diagrams, and architecture decision records.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent education, training, and experience required.

- 10+ years of hands-on SAP BW development experience, including data modeling, transformations, and performance optimization.

- Solid ABAP development skills, including Web Dynpros, Adobe Forms, BW transformations, and custom program development.

- Hands-on experience designing and building complex Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Working knowledge of Python, with the ability to read, write, and maintain scripts in a team environment.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS platform services.

- 1+ years of experience on the Generix/TradeExpress EDI platform.

- On hands experience implementing ITSM solution : TeamDynamix

- Strong analytical skills, logical approach to problem-solving, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team across all organizational levels.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation and establish effective relationships from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, other departments, and interact with various work behavior styles

- Excellent professional level written and verbal communication skills - ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, geographic regions, different levels of internal customer and external client organizations

- Strong English communication skills required, including the ability to read, write, and speak, and understand the language fluently.
