Role Overview :

We are seeking a BI / AI Analyst / Data Modeler to drive data discovery, normalization, and pipeline building using AI and LLM technologies. This highly visible role requires proactive communication, gap analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to align business processes with data models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform data discovery and reverse-engineer business processes into data models.

- Normalize data across multiple ticketing systems.

- Build BI pipelines using AI tools (Claude, Genie, Copilot).

- Design and implement star schemas and semantic models.

- Conduct gap analysis and call out inconsistencies in data or processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.

- Provide proactive follow-up and clear communication in a highly visible role.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong focus on data discovery and normalization.

- Experience with data modeling (star schemas, semantic layers).

- Hands-on with Claude, Genie, Copilot for pipeline building and validation.

- Strong communication skills; ability to highlight gaps and drive resolution.

- Proactive, highly visible contributor with stakeholder engagement experience.
