About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS / Frontend Developer to design, develop, and optimize modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, and UI engineering, along with hands-on experience in integrating APIs and building scalable, cloud-compatible applications.

This role involves close collaboration with backend engineers, designers, QA, and product teams to deliver responsive, high-performing, and intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using ReactJS

- Build reusable UI components and libraries with clean and modular code

- Convert UI/UX wireframes into functional interfaces

- Integrate frontend components with REST APIs and backend services

- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar tools

- Optimize applications for performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility

- Ensure application responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop

- Debug and resolve UI/UX and functional issues

- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and sprint planning

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user experience

- Work on report and chart visualizations using charting libraries

- Ensure adherence to frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices

- Implement authentication and authorization flows (OAuth2.0, JWT, SSO)

- Write unit tests and maintain high test coverage

- Work on cloud-compatible and containerized applications

- Continuously research and adopt new libraries, tools, and trends

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for UI modules

- Work closely with QA teams to resolve defects and improve product quality

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience in frontend development

- Strong expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

- Hands-on experience in :

HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS
JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred)
AJAX & jQuery

Strong understanding of :

HTTP/HTTPS protocols
REST APIs and API integrations
OAuth 2.0 / authentication workflows
MVC/MVVM architectural patterns

- Experience creating dashboards, charts, and data-driven UI

- Experience in developing cloud-ready web applications

- Experience with version control systems such as Git / GitHub / GitLab

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus

- Strong debugging skills and proficiency with browser dev tools

Preferred Technical Exposure (Good to Have) :

- Experience with charting libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js, Highcharts, etc.)

- Experience with Redux / MobX / Zustand state management

- Familiarity with Next.js

- Knowledge of Python will be an added advantage

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / AWS / Azure / GCP

- Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time data handling

- Understanding of micro-frontend architecture

Educational Qualifications :
