- 8 to 15 years of overall software development experience with a strong focus on Python.

- Proven experience in developing production-grade backend systems.

- Solid understanding of system design principles, scalability, and distributed systems.

- Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven development.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, is an advantage (not mandatory).

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical design decisions clearly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend systems using Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Contribute to architecture discussions involving scalability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.

- Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions and system design documents.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.

- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate APIs and services effectively.

- Contribute to defining service communication patterns and data flow between microservices.

- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in architecture and software design.
