About the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in software or technology-driven environments and will be responsible for converting business goals into actionable technical requirements, performing deep-dive data investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Translate high-level business objectives into structured, clear, and actionable technical specifications.

- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation.

- Utilize AI tools, APIs, and cloud-based architecture knowledge (AWS preferred) to support business analysis and solution design.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.

- Support continuous process improvements and promote best practices within the team.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and testing cycles to ensure alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools.

- Proven ability to translate business goals into detailed technical requirements.

- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS preferred).
