About the Team :

Join one of Bazaarvoices high-impact engineering teams building real-time, highly scalable APIs that power both API and display experiences for over 12,500 brands and retailers globally. Our systems handle massive volumes of real-time and batch data, solving complex distributed systems challenges at scale. Youll collaborate with a team of 20+ engineers focused on performance, reliability, and innovation.

How Youll Make an Impact :

- Drive software initiatives from concept through production delivery

- Design and build scalable, high-performance services powering the worlds largest network of brands and retailers

- Improve product matching algorithms and tools that connect consumer-generated content across ecosystems

- Influence architectural decisions and engineering best practices

- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

- Partner cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Data teams

Must-Have Skills That Matter :

- 8+ years of professional software development experience

- Strong hands-on programming expertise in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages

- Proven experience building high-performance, scalable, distributed systems

- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design

- Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms

- Familiarity with Agile / Lean development methodologies

- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly and tackle complex challenges
