Job Description :

Were seeking a results-driven Data Analyst to support the analytics needs of our business and operations teams. This role focuses on tracking key metrics, monitoring progress against goals, and enabling visibility into ongoing projects and initiatives through reliable reporting and dashboards.

You will work closely with cross-functional business teams to answer day-to-day data questions, maintain core KPIs, and ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate insights to drive operational decisions.

Job Responsibilities :

- Track, monitor, and report on business and operational KPIs.

- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business teams and leadership.

- Support project and initiative tracking by analyzing timelines, milestones, and outcomes.

- Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from business stakeholders.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of metrics across dashboards and reports.

- Perform data validation and basic quality checks.

- Help document metric definitions and reporting logic.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and improve operational analytics workflows.

- Individually contribute and taking complete ownership of your responsibilities.

Skills Required :

- Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to details and love for data.

- Proficiency in dealing with large datasets in Python, SQL and MS Excel.

- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Superset or similar.

- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Good English communication skills and ability to articulate insights precisely.
