About the Role:

We're looking for a Backend Lead who is passionate about building scalable backend systems and taking ownership of product engineering. If you have strong expertise in Node.js, good knowledge of Python, and experience in solution architecture, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Node.js.

- Own backend architecture and contribute to solution design for new product features.

- Lead end-to-end product development from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Build secure, reliable, and high-performance APIs and microservices.

- Optimize databases, caching, and asynchronous processing for scalability.

- Ensure clean code, code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.

- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions and automation where applicable.

Required Skills:

- 4-5 years of experience in backend development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Good working knowledge of Python.

- Experience in Solution Architecture and designing scalable distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, queues, caching, and asynchronous processing.

- Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

- Good understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalability.

- Exposure to AI/LLMs or automation frameworks is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
