Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Lead the team in applying software design principles, including layered architecture, modularization, and encryption.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.

- Leverage AWS cloud services for scalable and secure deployments (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.).

- Drive best practices for code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.

- Mentor junior developers and guide the team in technical problem-solving.

- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and root cause analysis.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, clarify specifications, and present technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of professional backend development experience.

- Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.

- Solid experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture.

- Deep understanding of programming fundamentals : closures, serialization, encryption, and design patterns.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

- Hands-on experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodology.

- Exposure to full-stack development or frontend integration.

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or product-based organizations.
