Job Title : Backend Java Developer (SDE 2)

Type : C2H (Contract to Hire)

Location : Remote

Experience Required : 4+ years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Working Days : 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the complete design and architecture of complex Backend systems.

- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into detailed high-level and low-level designs.

- Contribute to building mission-critical applications and align with the organisations overall technology vision.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.

- Leverage advanced algorithms and data structures to deliver optimized solutions for complex problems.

- Work in an agile setup and actively participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills :

- Programming : Strong proficiency in Java.

- DSA : Solid expertise in data structures and algorithms, with proven ability to implement and optimize.

- CS Fundamentals : In-depth understanding of core computer science concepts.

- Design : Hands-on experience with data modeling, class design, and design patterns.

- Additional : Strong knowledge of databases and working experience with Linux/Unix environments.
