Backend Engineering Lead

Responsibilities:

- Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience.

- Prior experience in leading a mentoring a highly motivated engineering team.

- Strong hands-on experience with building complex business applications. Exposure to all aspects of software lifecycle requirement, solutioning, dev, QA, roll-out and adoption.

- Experience in digital commerce and retail domain preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and decision-making capabilities

- Clarity of thinking and detail orientation.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, distributed systems, microservices architecture, event driven design and RESTful APIs.

- Dexterity to quickly pick up and work on multiple languages and tech stacks.

- Proficiency in JAVA and prior experience on springboot is a must.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience in web-development and devops is a plus.
